Ali and I worked together on two customers events. When I first met Ali, it was the first year we planned a customer reception before our large Food Show. We had worked with the Omni for our room block and decided to rent the ballroom for a special night of networking with our customers. Ali and her team at the Omni were always accommodating to our unique needs for this event and were extremely helpful through the planning process. Ali set up ballroom viewings so we could review the space, assisted getting the right needs for our entertainment, made sure we met with the Chef to ensure our menu was where we needed to be (being in the food industry it was important!). I was 8 months pregnant when our first event was supposed to take place and ended up having my son early and couldn't attend! Ali was so involved in the event and knew what we wanted that it went on without me just as planned. I could not have done it without her!
