I keep up-to-date supplier portfolio and do market research to keep portfolio included qualified suppliers. I negotiate suppliers to get special offers for the CRRC MNG. I compare offers and always take care to choose most qualified supplier to complete purchasing. I keep in contact with supplier during transportation of imported and exported materials to avoid any problem. I charge customs consultant to complete customs procedure mercurially and don't let increase the storage cost.
