  In Fakir Apparels LTD I have Implemented OEE in knitting section that will result in proper resource utilization. I am currently working on applying VSM and r waste reduction program. Also I gave proposal on other lean manufacturing tools like kaizen, 5S, kanban etc. I degined guideway with the help of SolidWorks software that reduces time and make the environment comfortable for work.
