An absolutely awesome boss. I've never seen anyone keep their cool as well as Ali. No matter what comes his way, he has the ability to look at it from a purely logical perspective and take appropriate action. He looks out for the people that report to him and listens to them. While at YJT, he created many new processes to fill any gaps, added value throughout the many different hats he wore (leadership, NOC mgmt, sales, process facilitation, vendor relations), and bridged the gap between management and engineers.
