Establish with the construction contractors project control procedures to be used : • Develop/review project management plans including Work scheduling, monitoring and control. • QA/OC monitoring and record keeping. • Progress evaluation, billing and invoice keeping. • Safety and loss prevention review. • Report to client appointed manager periodically, give daily, weekly and monthly updates about the progress. • Pay attention to job responsibilities assigned by appointed manager. - Review and submit to the client the cash flow expenditures forecast of the total construction contract value prepared by the construction contractors. - Report and explain variances between the actual and forecast expenditures of construction contract. - Develop the risk reports and report to the client in case of any near miss, hazards, accident or incident periodically /on time to the client. - Evaluate the quality and the progress of work to confirm its compliance with requirements of the construction contract and if required, shall take necessary action to upgrade the quality of supervision and manpower employed by the construction contractor. - To be a witness for all the field testing of the project and all component parts the project by construction contractors or their appointed inspection agencies in their entirety, review all vendor test data, FAT, materials data schedule, ensure that construction contractors concrete test /soil test laboratories conform to the technical specifications as provided by construction contractors. - Analyze qualifications of the subcontractors proposed by construction contractors to perform detail design and construction work and make recommendation for rejection or non-objection to the client. - Inspect the entire work performed under construction contracts. if the project is not completed in accordance with the construction contracts.

I know about Electrical Machines , dry & oil types of Transformers , Switchgears , Relays (GE ,SEL and EATON), functional test for switchgear (ATS), CT (Current Transformer), VT (Voltage Transformer), MCC (Motor Control Center , Circuit Breaker , Panel Boards & how to test them using variably testing devices like: (insulation resistance , contact resistance, turn of transformer ratio & over load trip using current injector for circuit breakers, Relay tester). I have good skills to calibrate testing devices and repair some of them.
