Nearly 2,000 refugees living in 750 households now receive their cash assistance through mobile phones • Led assessment of solutions for automating data handling at the Bank of Zambia, the country’s central bank. Drafted a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD) for selection of a Data Reporting and Analytics Platform • Developed a DFS Strategy and built internal capacity at ZamPost, the national postal service.
