It also includes providing daily support for existing websites and applications including identifying, prioritizing, and performing maintenance activities.I may occasionally be called upon to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a 24x7 environment. Business intelligence (BI) analysts use analysis tools to query data repositories and generate reports. These reports help managers make business decisions by identifying trends and patterns in RCO stored operational data. The data to be analyzed may be varied: Charities, Aids, Attendance and the like. It is usually stored in warehouses or in smaller departmental databases. The BI analyst also helps managers generate one-time, ad hoc reports by crafting a custom query against the data repository.
