I had the opportunity to work with Alfredo on large and complex construction project in Brantford, Ontario. The project involved multiple construction phases with a duration of construction well over three years. During this period, Alfredo was actively involved with all aspects of construction relating to aluminum windows / curtainwall and aluminum entrances (sliding and swing doors) / glazing and the coordination of hardware with such building elements. Alfredo was very proactive throughout the project and would regularly meet on site to discuss and solve problems that inevitably arise on such complex projects. Alfredo's role as Project Manager during this project benefitted the Construction Team as a whole. In my view, Alfredo is an excellent candidate for any future senior Administration/Project Management positions within the field of Construction.

As the project developed, our correspondence evolved from a small amount of shared efforts to very regular communication and meetings. The scope and high-end nature of the project brought with it the stress of tight timelines, deadlines and required all parties to work with product and applications that were new or less common. Regardless of these factors, Alfredo always remained very respectful of me and others whom we worked with. His knowledge of the specific details of the project at a moments notice and desire to communicate both positive and negative events made me want to go an extra mile to accomplish the goals that Alfredo was striving to complete. Alfredo continually demonstrated a well-rounded group of skills, not just from a technical standpoint but from an interpersonal standpoint which I'm certain helped the project finish faster and more effectively.
