Detailed responsibility are as follows: Participates actively in environmental, health, safety, and community related activities to contribute in providing a safe, secure and healthy workplace in TIIC. Provides support in the preparation of the manpower planning of section based on approved yearly budget and strategic plans. Coordinates with supply chain planning and demand for production Schedules. Supervises production activities to ensure products are processed according to established standards and procedure. Prepares production operational hours and shifting schedules. Plans and implements realignment of manpower and equipment resources if necessary, to meet production schedule. Reviews and approves request for raw and packaging materials, factory supplies, consumables and PPEs. Analyzes production data to ensure production efficiency and effectiveness. Reviews trial results for the new formulations to prevent potential errors and other process-related risks. Supervises the conduct of physical inventory counts of materials stored in production. Evaluates identified risk impact to determine action plans and control measures. Ensures strict compliance to safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Ensure proper 5S is done in all areas under scope.
