  I am mainly responsible for the overall management of my section in terms of leadership, Production operations, Production efficiency and productivity with quality considerations. Detailed responsibility are as follows: Participates actively in environmental, health, safety, and community related activities to contribute in providing a safe, secure and healthy workplace in TIIC. Participates in yearly department strategic objectives and plans for the department. Provides support in the preparation of the manpower planning of section based on approved yearly budget and strategic plans. Coaches and guides direct reports to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and makes recommendations on employee movements, promotions and transfer. Coordinates with supply chain planning and demand for production Schedules. Supervises production activities to ensure products are processed according to established standards and procedure. Prepares production operational hours and shifting schedules. Plans and implements realignment of manpower and equipment resources if necessary, to meet production schedule. Reviews and approves request for raw and packaging materials, factory supplies, consumables and PPEs. Analyzes production data to ensure production efficiency and effectiveness. Reviews trial results for the new formulations to prevent potential errors and other process-related risks. Supervises the conduct of physical inventory counts of materials stored in production. Evaluates identified risk impact to determine action plans and control measures. Ensures strict compliance to safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Ensure proper 5S is done in all areas under scope.

   Trained in lean introduction, line balancing, machinery, change over, BCS, Production Process, GSD Standard, Flow Chart, Kaizen/PDCA, Factory Allocation, PMS, WIP/Shipment, Factory System, Artwork/mock-up planning, Sub-process allocation, Production Overview, Basic Functions and Responsibilities of Process Engineers, Classification of quality defects.  Attend the toolbox meeting of the sewing line during bottleneck operations and changeover to resolve problems contributing to low performance and to study how to get the targets Identify the most efficient number of work force in the cell through continuous time study and cycle time observation of the sewing line. Analyze the sewing line’s cycle time whenever targets are not achieved. Coordinate with line leaders and pit crew team leaders in adjusting operations through using flow chart, line mapping and re-balancing techniques to improve productivity and augment efficiency of the sewing line.  Submit improved line balancing report daily to cell supervisor based on GSD standard
