Walter Thompson), finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure all marketing and communications functions operated above standard.-Supported over 260 Marines across Northern California with media and crisis communications needs during day-to-day activities and special events.-Effectively employed an annual $70,000 Marketing and Advertising budget to support recruiting efforts with digital advertisement, events and partnerships.-Conducted market and community research to ensure strategies within annual marketing plan were effective.-Produced and created storytelling campaigns.-Directly authored recruiting related materials including marketing propositions, recruiting brochures/sheets, event programs, partnership pitches press releases, official correspondence and media materials.-Organized, managed, coordinated and supported over 275 special events to foster lead generation opportunities from planning to scheduling, implementation, and delivery.-Strengthened the bond between Marines and their communities by coordinating and managing over 140 community events across Northern California from planning to scheduling, implementation, and delivery.- Organized, managed and coordinated an annual, week-long workshop for over 100 Bay Area education professionals in San Diego to foster positive relationships with key influencers.-Created content and managed community engagements for a robust digital engagement program using Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook.-Logistically managed and dispensed over 150,000 pieces of collateral and incentive recruiting materials across 28 offices and 6,000 miles.

Charged with creatively sharing the Marine Corps’ story through photo, video and print mediums. Produced hundreds of pieces about current affairs, humanitarian efforts, military training, personality/hometown features, and local heroes. Completed deployment with Regimental Combat Team 5 on August 2011-2012 as Combat Correspondent, Broadcaster and Public Affairs Chief. This tour was part of Operation Enduring Freedom.-Broadcasted and facilitated multiple live-broadcasts from Afghanistan, and San Diego, including a live-shot during Super Bowl XLVI in 2012, as well as the first ever live broadcast of the Miramar Airshow.-Completed deployment with Exercise Balikatan 2013 in Zambales Province, Philippines.-Lead, trained and equipped over 100 Marines in various circumstances, to prepare them for combat deployments and daily jobs as combat correspondents.-Published over 900 photo, video, print and audio storytelling products.-Created content that organically reached 151K likes.-Created and managed 1st Marine Division Instagram account organically reaching 7761 followers. First Marine Corps unit to embrace storytelling on social media platform.
