  .well eventually, as a multi-tasker, at a very young age, i have been able to improve myself by handling a lot of stress in my job. i take it as a challenge to make me stronger and be able to learn more and have myself time for enjoyment. i love working very hard because it is for my family... .when it comes to the job itself, (as human resource officer) i am the one responsible for recruitment, hiring, demoting and terminating a personnel. i am also the one who keeps track of the records of the employees' individual leave ledgers. for payroll, i do timekeeping, taking note of overtime as well as tardiness and undertime, and the completion of the payroll itself. i also entertains applicants for the vacant position, gives exams, orients, and trains. .as an administrative officer, i am the one responsible for making memoranda and letters. i am the one computing the terminal pay of employees and administers meeting and all aspects of the administrative functions. .basically, a MULTI-TASKER and a handful of stress.. :) hehe.
