At ExtraMile Cloud I'm in charge of helping companies migrate to the cloud using Google Cloud solutions (Cloud Platform, Maps, G Suite Platform and Chrome). That translates into identifying potential areas for improvement, creating the business case and overseeing the deployment stage with ExtraMile Cloud's Technical Department. Enginnering, strategy and business process background are key to design the optimum change path to cloud computing technologies. In those years we have helped many companies like SEXPE (Public Administration) (goo.gl/DWxbUw), Babel Sistemas (goo.gl/IDtGQi) or Grupo Editec (goo.gl/8qksuG) migrate to Google Apps Platform. We also helped Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) to serve imagery data through Google Maps Engine fulfilling OGC and Inspire standards (goo.gl/PMNYuS). Since 2016, we also work to bring collaborative work management to companies thanks to Wrike. Feel free to contact me if you have any question. Before opening our Google division I managed consulting projects for private and public companies, and also for the Spanish Public Administration. Example of projects include: >> Industrial Company: "Feasibility analysis of a zinc recovery plant" >> Feasibility analysis of a thermosolar power plant >> Turnaround and refinancing of companies in distress >>Técnicas Reunidas: Business Model definition for a logistics platform in Asturias-North of Spain, (Methodology design, coordination of offer preparation for public tender and execution of the project) >>Housing Ministry: Coordination of Housing Policies in the EU, report commisioned for the Spanish Presidency of 2010. >>Housing Ministry: “Feasibility analysis of 10,000 university apartments for rent”; >> Housing Ministry: Report: “Housing policies as tools for urban regeneration: State of the art in the EU-25 plus candidate countries”
