I probably can summarize Alfonso's role in the Master's Degree project as being the SOUL of the team. It is clear that he is a natural leader that will quickly fill any spots left by the team and make sure things keep moving forward. Direct but always empathetic, Alfonso removed roadblocks, coded, designed, distributed tasks, took hard decisions, etc. transforming himself in one of the main key pushers in the team. During this last year I've had the pleasure to work side by side with Alfonso in our Master's project. This project was extremely challenging and Alfonso was one of the main reasons why we could handle it. Alfonso is the kind of designer that any artist or programmer need, close to them and constantly giving helpful feedback. Due to his passion he even convinced me to take part in an intense and amazing Game Jam.
