I started working as a team member and got promoted in July 2016 into the Team Leader. The main responsibilities involved activities recording, streamlining packaging process and managing members in a timely manners as well as coordinating with Warehouse Managers. In addition, communication and interpersonal skills was a crucial attributes to avoid conflict while working in here because most of the members came from Taiwan, China and Hong Kong as well as Australian. Newspaper Delivery Driver

The job started as a casual work until I got offered for part-time position. Main duties consist of arriving at the workplace before 5 AM, precision on following customer requests to the letter and a swift hand-eye coordination between driving and throwing newspaper. While look simple, the daily activities were similar to Agile method where customer could directly gave feedbacks to the store owner within minutes after newspaper delivered and advised driver where to place the delivered newspaper. Moreover, store owner would advise driver at the beginning or at the end of the working period regarding customer feedbacks and advise customer for possible delivery disruptions to manage customer's expectation. Last but not least, driver would be able to inform store manager for any customers who potentially on holiday and driver would be able to inform customer regarding the newspaper/s delivery timeframe on that delivery zone.
