  In this role I am responsible for many day-to-day duties which are helping me mould myself into a complete asset. Some of the things I am responsible for include: Taking Orders. This can be done over the phone which has helped boost my Customer service skills as I am interacting with consumers of our products on a daily basis helping them choose the prefect cake/platter for any occasion. I also answer the Phones which means I am the first interaction customers will have if they call Wenzels. I am also in charge of monitoring our vehicle fleet of vans through a service called Movolytics.I am also running the till system we use, the Good till. This means that any promotion we offer (e.g. meal deals) i upload and make sure are active for all shops (same with new products and changes in prices) I am also responsible for the managing and operation of our CCTV cameras in all shops. All of our shops have ‘Shop requests’ which are delivered every morning. I am in charge of seeing what the shops need, and getting it sent out to them the following morning.I am also responsible for many other tasks such as:- Responding to comments and reaching out on social media - School visits to our head office/bakery - Shop refits (dimensions,strips,counters) to be ordered in. - Responding to company recieved emails where I was helping out anyone with a query. - Stock orders for following day for each shop. (All the bread, hot food, cold food, and any orders required from suppliers). - Fines that are directed at the company (tickets, speeding fines, parking fines) - Tv contracts - Shop visits (from external business for many reasons such as; an engineer to fix a coffee machine or bin collection for an overflowing bin) -maintenance, any issues that any shops are having with the hardware in shops (call outs for coffee machine, multi deck, counters, phones, WiFi, etc).
