I helped doing the load in for 'Fantastically Great Woman Who Changed The World' working with the audio department to set up all audio equipment. I also worked on the load out. I worked on 'Second Star To The Right', completing pre-show checks, set resets and being the on hand technician during shows. 5 days of volunteering at the Hat Fair in Winchester. Taking part in the setup and takedown of the site, completing tasks such as building performance areas using pedestrian barriers and removing site flags, as well as unloading all equipment back at the site base. Gaining experience in various roles and responsibilities, such as: Customer Service: working on the ticket barriers giving customers their wristbands; giving information to customers regarding Covid protocols and performances. Liaison: Communicating with various departments and stakeholders, for example, security, volunteers, technical staff and area managers. Catering: Giving artists their meals after receiving a meal token, maintaining health and safety in the canteen by regularly cleaning surfaces. Stewarding/Crowd Management: Helping the public maintain social distance, informing customers of performance times and information, crowd estimation, helping walkabout acts to keep safe and maintain steady progress around the designated route. General Runner responsibilities: Water refills for volunteers around the site, aiding managers with keeping sufficient staff at performance locations

I acted as the main audio engineer, mixing the audio for the Solent University graduations that were broadcast live on YouTube. I taught another student about the mixing console and microphone setup; setup ambient microphones to capture the audience; worked in a small team in a busy environment to maintain and produce high-quality live streams.
