Managing Director prepares the 1099s and W2s and completes the CHAR-990 with the Board Treasurer. - Actively seeks funding opportunities including grants, foundations and special opportunities and work with AD and the Board’s Development task force to build relationships with funders and individual donors. Works in tandem with AD to complete all grant applications, and completes all Interim and Final Reports. -Along with Artistic Director, provides support and oversight for the producing team that is responsible for the day to day needs of the production(s).
