Alexandrine arrived at GFN-SSR with a good understanding of the organisation's objective, which she built on quickly to become fully involved in the work. While her job title was that of intern, her role in the organisation was that of a permanent employee, taking on all tasks assigned her and completing to an excellent standard, irrespective of whether or not she had dealt with the specific issue in the past. I'd definitely reccomend her as a good investment for any future employer.

Alex is an extremely capable and independent researcher who is able to make critical links between academic and policy level work and who is able to communicate complex issues very effectively.
