The Supply Chain Academy & CP Training Services supports business professionals to quickly harness the best supply chain skills at every level through our apprenticeships, short courses and consultancy. We've developed the first 'supply chain career pathway' development framework and we are the UKs leading supply chain degree apprenticeship provider. As one of the business leaders, my remit is to lead and manage both businesses, managing their P/L accounts, building their reputation, building relationships with businesses for partnership, designing training programmes / products and identifying strategic partnerships with industry leaders, universities and professional bodies.Achievements: • Development of the commercial strategy for all of our provision.• Created various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lean processes between departments• Developed the marketing strategy • Designed business leaflets and website information • Generated new income for customised programmes with organisations that include Airbus, BAE Systems, Duracell and more. • To professionalise the supply chain industry, I was part of the leadership team that set-up the employer ‘trailblazer’ group for creating the first Supply chain degree apprenticeship standard in the UK. I was then part of the team that set up a joint venture partnership with various University partners to create and deliver this supply chain leadership degree. Through hard work and effective business development he helped to promote the programme which has now gained more ‘students’ than any other provider. Clients include Airbus, AstraZeneca, BAE Systems, BT, Pepsico & more. This has enabled the Supply Chain Academy with our university partners to effectively become the UKs leading supply chain degree apprenticeship provider. • Project directed successful business events (and conferences) with over hundreds of senior business directors in attendance.
