• Planned and managed daily editorial operations, content production, social media and budget for the largest circulated art magazine in the United States.• Commissioned, edited, and coordinated written and visual content for publication. • Contributed original stories, interviews, photographs, and videos to the magazine and website.• Worked closely with the Editor-In-Chief, Art Director, designers, developers, and Advertising Director to manage and develop strategies that grew Juxtapoz.com, including two complete website redesigns. In the first year I was hired, page views alone grew 180% to over 100 million. During my tenure, the magazine's social media reach also grew over 1000% with Instagram gaining over 900,000 new followers.• Scheduled and enforced simultaneous daily digital and print deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards. Oversaw copy editing procedures.• Established and maintained relationships with magazine contributors, artists, museums, galleries, publishers, advertisers, and other media outlets.• Attended events on behalf of the magazine.• Managed ecommerce, subscriptions, a yearly book series, planned and executed special projects and events (e.g. Art Basel Miami, SXSW), and helped develop collaborations with advertisers including Converse, Vans, Brixton, and Adobe.
