      As VP of People Evolution, I work side-by-side with NY Times bestselling author Cy Wakeman with company wide-implementations of leadership and employee training around the Reality-Based Leadership curriculum. I also keynote at conferences, deliver company training experiences, write a blog on modern leadership and create content around Reality-Based Leadership and how to call your teams to greatness each day. I deliver keynote presentations and in-person training sessions to organizations to help their leaders and employees reduce workplace drama, hardwire accountability and ensure teams are ready for what's next in their industry. Currently, I lead the Reality-Based Leadership Certification (train-the-trainer) program where training and development teams from organizations embed our leadership and employee development into their culture.
