Working with Alex was a pleasure. His tenacity and ability to find the right solution and deployment under a very tight timeline speaks well of his character. Alex remained patient, often times tweaking proposals at the last minute prior to presentation due to a change in scope etc. His delivery of promised service after the sale was quite impressive, especially given the fact Xerox Middle East was trained in Six Sigma and reorganized the process of support, increasing response times significantly from our initial meetings. I would not hesitate to work with Alex again and recommend him to others.
