I worked with Alex as my customer when I was with Gerdau and he was with LB Foster. Alex was a true partner with me and the team. He was always looking for win-win opportunities and allowed his team to work alongside our team in a true collaborative environment. His leadership by utilizing transparency while working with us evoked others on both teams to be equally transparent, thus allowing us to truly find opportunities that could benefit both companies. I really enjoyed working with Alex and am looking forward to finding an opportunity to do it again, as a true partner.

Bertrand Theuveny

Alex, in his tenure as Product Champion for the espWatcher web surveillance service for downhole electrical submersible pumps - an important business to Schlumberger - led a multi-center team to collect requirements, define domain expertise and interface with the engineering groups to ensure proper delivery of the final product to the field operations. Alex' major contribution consisted in getting agreement between the various domain expert and translating the diagnostic logic into a feasible product under the constraints of a web based infrastructure being built in parallel. Alex also organized closely the launch and the commercialization of the product, after an efficient field test period which he coordinated with a large number of field locations through out the world. Alex is objective driven and knows also to balance the priorities properly in accordance to long term strategic directions. He has a good sense of what is good for business and a correct intuition about the general moves of the customers. Alex communicates well and efficiently and is quite reliable. People working with him appreciate his organized methods and logical approach to the solutions. It has been a pleasure to work with Alex, and his contribution was extremely critical to the project. Bertrand Theuveny, Schlumberger - Reservoir Answer Monitoring Architect and Product Champion of the Production Real Time Infrastructure in 2002-2005.

Reporting to the CEO and part of the Senior Leadership Team. Stage is the first to market, most experienced with 10,500 sleeves installed and clear leader in single point and limitless fracturing sleeves technology. Operators are reporting that this technology allows for higher initial production, and reduced declines in the right applications. All in all, we avoid a lot of the complexity of the Plug & Perf systems and less equipment and people at the well site, allowing for a reduced well pad and more efficient operations (ESG). And it is a much simpler design than the mechanical ball activated designs - and truly limitless. Our existing customers see strong opportunities for simulfrac, extended reach wells, where there are limits drilling dissolvable plugs. The economics are looking better every day as Casing price keeps increasing. Show less
