I've seen Alexis work hard on her academics while also working full- and part-time at companies she loves in positions she's passionate about. She is such a hard worker and pleasure to be around.

As a long time employee of Aeropostale, I have gained valuable experience for which I am appreciative. I have been assigned several important roles over the past four years. Initially, I was given the job of ROLE MODEL, as a ROLE MODEL we learned the importance of making contact with every customer while focusing on a heads up approach. This assignment gave me the confidence and experience as I maneuvered through the actual retail sale.As I joined the company I also received the position of AERO AMBASSADOR. This position gave me the chance to market Aero to my classmates at my high school. In fact, I led all other Ambassadors during each and every contest. My junior year in high school I was promoted to a CASH WRAP SPECIALIST, a role designed to assist management during peak times of the year, such as Back to school and the Christmas holidays, with managing the cashiers to assure efficiency. VISUAL SPECIALIST is mainly for floor sets I would make sure all the mannequinns and dressing room doors were done correctly, when we didn't have the products sent to us I would get to improvise and come up with my own idea. Similar to visual specialist was the STYLE SPECIALIST whenever we had meetings for back to school and holidays I would get to help run fit sessions which is when the employees try on jeans and other apparel because if everyone know the fits of the clothes you are trying to sell then you can explain it to the customer a lot better. Finally, I was promoted to an EL SPECIALIST, this is my favorite role because I get to make the connection with the customer and build sales while I run the floor and make sure we are meeting the hourly goals.
