  Elementary school teacher for the Moon Area School District. Began my teaching career with Moon at the 4th grade level as a long-term substitute teacher. After a successful first year, I was called back to teach at the same elementary school at the 1st grade level. I had an amazing year in this classroom as well and was offered a full-time teaching contract with the school - a career high! My third year at Moon I taught at a different elementary school at the 3rd grade level. This was also a fantastic year with wonderful students. In the summer after this school year, I was blessed with my son, Jackson, and made the decision to stay home with him full-time. At some point, I truly hope to get back to my teaching career.
