  CMRS, Inc. is a nonprofit community-based mediation and restorative justice provider. They are committed to developing the capacity of our community to respectfully resolve conflict and repair harm. As a Promise Fellow I am trained in mediation and restorative justice practice to do the following: -Provide direct services for youth in schools by facilitating restorative behavior interventions in schools and address conflict using restorative practices (community peacebuilding circles, restorative conferencing) -Prevent youth from entering the juvenile justice system by using restorative practices to provide support and accountability -Co-Facilitate over 220 community peace-building circles with 280 7th grade students at Robbinsdale Middle School Show less
