  I currently work on a new system to automatize Customer Care Service cross ChatBox Front End & DialogFlow NLP from Google ( Ex-named : API.AI ).The system offers a chatbot interface to communicate to customers & operate actions to resolve their inquiry, issues on robots.The system is linked to the Smart Maintenance Monitoring System i was working on before. This allow the Chatbot to know the health status of the robot receiving inquiry and operate résolutive actions on this robot.The global system is also integrated into a customer oriented Front End so our customers can monitor Robot Status & Health state.
