The Basketball Champions League is an innovative 50-50 joint partnership between FIBAClubCo and 11 top European leagues. It is a fair competition based on sporting principles with teams qualifying through national leagues. It is a truly pan-European club competition with 32 participating clubs. - Coordinated and delivered 250 games per year across Europe, achieving a consistent and high level of organization in all 32 venues, including the pre-season preparations with the site visits and evaluation of the infrastructures, as well as onboarding of new clubs - Ensured and coordinated the overall implementation of the competition regulations by the pool of 30+ Venue Managers onsite (freelancers) and the representatives from the 32 participating clubs through daily communications, remote briefings, updated guidelines and manuals - Managed and developed the BCL brand and its implementation while being the main point of contact for the signage partners and creative agencies - Led and organized marketing workshops for the clubs on a yearly basis, together with top speakers and representatives from the sports industry, with the objective of growing both the competition and the participants while exchanging on current trends and best practices - Coordinated and delivered the season draws (both live and online), acted as the show caller, with the coordination of staff and suppliers, video content production, technical equipment booking and guest management Show less

The servicing team supported broadcasters that acquired the media rights to the Sochi 2014 & Rio 2016 Olympic Games from Lagardère Sports Geneva S.A, providing them guidance on various aspects on the exploitation of the rights (e.g. use of Olympic brand elements, programming, sales of advertising and sponsorship, reporting obligations, etc.). - Acted as an account manager with a group of 15+ Rights-Holding Broadcasters (RHBs) for the Sochi 2014 & Rio 2016 Olympic Games, providing them guidance on different aspects of the exploitations of their rights, ensuring contractual obligations and deadlines were met- Contributed to the production of training materials for the licensees (i.e. manual and presentations)- Collaborated in the organization and presentation of workshops with the broadcasters- Reviewed materials and Olympic brand activations submitted for approval, proposing corrections and solutions to abide by the guidelines- Headed certain logistic aspects for the team onsite during Games-time (i.e. accreditation, transportation and accommodation)- Acted as the project leader and main interface for the use and testing of the new IOC extranet by broadcasters and team members Show less
