Senior Management & ANZ Leadership Role Acxiom ANZ underwent a large strategic shift after the global acquisition of LiveRamp and Australian industry pressures due to commodisation of marketing services and the increased competitive landscape. As a result the business decided to forego its Marketing Services & Data Solutions business and run a pure Connectivity play aligned with LiveRamp service and capabilities in Australia.This resulted in the re-birth of the Australian business whereby myself and two other associates were charged with building the Australian business from the ground up offering Identity, Data Onboarding and Data Monetisation Services under a Connectivity umbrella. We operated a start-up feel business embodying a 'get it done' attitude which meant wearing multiple hats. Therefore this role entailed: - Pre-Sales Support;- Onboarding new clients and managing custom success;- Building Data Monetisation services enabling Data Partners to monetise offline data assets across the digital eco-system offering data buyers (advertiser/agencies) 3rd Party prospect audiences for digital targeting; - Managing Key Partnership relationships (i.e Facebook, Google, Yahoo etc.) identifying key growth opportunities; and- Management of Data Partner relationships assisting with highlighting key audience opportunities and helping drive incremental data monetisation revenue.
