Duties include, but are not limited to, interfacing with recruitment team and providing support with on-boarding candidates and being responsible for regulatory compliance of the employee life cycle process. • Successfully onboarded 60+ employees to our organization during a behavioral health acquisition. This includes but is not limited to: collecting and verifying licenses, infection control, and DCF requirements. Also includes organizing and facilitating orientations specific to the acquisition and working with several departments to ensure quality and compliance • Successfully onboarded over 300 employee to our organization between 2019-2020. • Successfully prepared our acquired employee files for the biannual DCF audit • Successfully created a new CPR process for our organization which involved presenting Healthstream and new technology to the employees • Prepare employee files for and help facilitate regulatory audits including DCF, DPH, and Joint Commission with the Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Systems • Onboard Psych Interns, Nurse Practitioner Residents, and Behavioral Health Post Docs every fall and facilitate their orientation • Initiate and process background checks with First Advantage • Process internal offer letters for promotion, location, site, and compensation changes, adding additional documentation to personnel files when needed • Work with the credentialing department to ensure all medical and behavioral health providers are cleared to work with patients • Gather and process paperwork for new hires including but not limited to: licenses, onboarding paperwork, departmental orientations and infection control • Facilitate and organize New Hire Orientation for incoming hires ranging from 10-40 people monthly
