CFO of Carbon Royalty, a company that invests in projects that remove or avoid carbon emissions. I am a founding member of this start up, that has raised ten of millions in capital and invested in various complex voluntary and regulated carbon credit projects. I have launched and developed the Finance, IT, HR, and investor relations functions in the business, led due diligence projects and performed complex accounting reviews. 2. Interim M&A Integration manager for Gold Royalty, for the acquisitions of Ely Gold, Golden Valley and Abitibi Royalties. My roles covered identifying and resolving Day 1 matters in Finance, IT, HR, Payroll, Tax, Investor Relations and Legal , Purchase Price Allocation and first 100 days planning. During my three months the company's market capitalization increased from $200 million to $650 million as a result of these acquisitions.
