  Riscure is a leading security lab focused on ethical hacking & embedded system certification.I'm responsible for building the Riscure Academy and a future suite of knowledge solutions to help engineers build with security top of mind, and evaluators get better.The Riscure Academy is a scalable digital-first training solution for security teams. We codify our extensive intellectual capital into remote-friendly training programs to train, certify, and support our customers to develop with security top-of-mind. This results in fewer vulnerabilities in their products.Transformed our classroom training and eLearning materials into a digital-first and interactive training approach, combining self-paced eLearning with interactive activities, virtual practice environments, and 1:1 mentoring, to deliver a blended learning experience. We run private and public cohort-based programs with 85% completion rates.Beyond the Academy solution my team is working on building- a security decision support system (a knowledge base on steroids) to help architects and developers with curated and vetted security knowledge and know-how during design and development- a formal assessment track with individual certification for specific skills and knowledge domains, based on Riscure's industry authority status Member of the Knowledge & Services Management Team.
