      I was involved in proteomics activities dedicated to development of new methods for short peptides identification using UPLC-QTOF-MS. Implemented strategies have involved both de-novo (pepnovo, PEAKS) and database dependent search (MASCOT, OMMSA, Protein Prospector (MSs-tag, MS-products)) fortified with additional bioinformational models, some of those were based on neural networks.
