I had the pleasure of working directly alongside Alexey, whilst both EMEA TA Managers at Veeam. He has a fantastic approach to work and was a valued colleague to collaborate with. Alexey is able to balance the needs of the Business (building 1st class relationships with Stakeholders) with supporting and developing his direct reports in a positive and constructive manner, all whilst delivering an excellent level of achievement and professionalism. On top of that, he is generous with his knowledge, sharing advice and offering assistance to help others whenever he can; always focusing on the greater goal. Personally, I couldn't have wished for a better colleague and Team Mate to have through a very challenging period of Recruitment demands, and could not recommend him more highly.

Alexey is an amazing Talent Manager, both professionally and on a personal level. He is absolutely on my speed dial to work with again in the future. Very knowledgeable about talent acquisition, always striving to pick up new skills and experience. He is a trusted partner, prioritizes the workload of his team brilliantly, and drives effective results (even with sometimes unreasonable time constraints). Alexey always brings ideas to the conversation - between us we identified initiatives and processes that would work well and aid the performance of his team. He has a good grasp of TA data/analytics which he will continue to grow. In 2022, Alexey managed an extremely tough situation managing a talent team based in St Petersburg, incredibly difficult given the recent events in Ukraine. He did this with sympathy, understanding and support - I know his team is extremely grateful for getting them through this difficult time. Any company would be lucky to have Alexey manage a TA function. I expect Alexey (no pressure Alexey!) to be a Global VP Talent in the coming years!
