He was a key member both from an account management standpoint and with the technical team. He was quick to solve problems and de-escalate urgent issues, and he was always reliable to be patient and thorough when training and onboarding customers. It was bittersweet to learn Alex was switching careers as he was going to be greatly missed on the team, but we knew he would excel in anything due to his hard work and passion he brings to projects.
