CapQuest was my first position after relocating to Glasgow. I received extensive training for the role, as I was a newcomer to the United Kingdom and the financial rules and regulations do differ slightly from Canada. However, being in the role for several months now, I am extremely comfortable and I am a top performer. I deal with customers on a daily, even hourly basis, who are struggling with their finances and are looking for ways to cope. I am excellent with vulnerable customers, and have a 100% pass rate on my call quality. I am comfortable going through full Income & Expenditures and am able to handle many different kinds of clients, from all walks of life. My statistics and targets are always met, and are often exceeded.
