I would strongly recommend Alex for any project management positions, especially for complex projects that require someone who is extremely detail-oriented. Apart from covering all aspects of the project, Alex would always go the extra mile and take the initiatives to ensure the success of the project. Alex is a natural mentor; very genuine with sharing his knowledge and insights, and always very patient to those of us who still have a lot to learn :-) In summary, Alex is a great team leader, and is highly competent to complete any projects assigned to him. I had the opportunity to work directly with Alex about 3 years ago. Alex has strong Program Management Office and interpersonal skills. He was very organized, came up with various change management options and streamlined our communications processes to improve efficiency. Alex is diligent, attentive to details and delivers high quality work. His knowledge of client engagement was critical as he actively supported the account leadership in his capacity as Service Delivery Lead. Alex has a very positive attitude and can quickly build strong relationships with clients and colleagues (onshore and offshore), which is extremely valuable. He was very effective in engaging the right Accenture subject matter experts and/or external partners to Accenture. Alex has great people skills. He has a deep knowledge of resource management process through his experience working in many projects as well as growing the support teams over the years. He was always ready to help and make others successful around him. As one of the senior trainers at Accenture, Alex facilitated trainings for onshore and offshore colleagues. He handled many challenging situations with his strong leadership and communication skills. I often used him as a mentor to get his opinion on how to handle difficult situations.
