My company engaged People Stretch's services in evaluating our sales force and ultimately working with Management Concepts for 6 months on sales process development and sales training. I found the insight his sales force evaluation tool provided was extremely useful in applicant screening and alignment of getting the right people in the right position. We also utilized People Stretch’s customized training solution to address the identified areas of improvement based on the assessments that People Stretch performed. Working with Alex in an Executive Coaching capacity was extremely beneficial. His sales management coaching style and approach was successful in getting me to think differently and help grow my management tool box. I would highly recommend People Stretch Solutions for their sales force evaluation, sales management coaching and sales training services. It has been a pleasure getting to know and to work with Alex. If you are thinking of hiring Alex, I highly recommend him and am happy to serve as a reference.

My company engaged Alex's services for sales training and development and executive coaching. Over the past 6 months I have come to greatly value Alex's keen insights and suggestions for performance improvement—both for me as a sales leader, executive, father, husband and human being--and for my team. He can quickly get to the core of issues and helps you see multiple perspectives that you may not have contemplated without his probing. I have had the good fortune of having executive coaching in the past so I have a basis of comparison. I can tell you that Alex’s methods are extremely effective, thought and action provoking and helped me make necessary adjustments that improved my overall well-being. He is engaged, insightful, challenging, honest, collaborative and effective. I have benefited tremendously from our interactions. If you are thinking of hiring Alex, I highly recommend him and am happy to serve as a reference.

Joined the family business after college when Revenue was only $1.5MM. Helped grow business to peak of $36.5MM in 2008. In 2009, multiple factors including the underperformance of internal projects, the general economic malaise, and the loss of a major brand caused the company to wind down operations and ultimately the transition to my new role at Emerald Wines. Biggest highlight was raising over $1MM in charity donations through the Big Tattoo Red program. Joined the family business after college when Revenue was only $1.5MM.
