Alex was a freelance hire I made during a time where we needed flexible QA work for our website builds and other custom web-based projects that usually had a booking component to them. Soon after, however, we needed him full-time helping with a large project that took up most of our developers. From the very beginning, Alex proved to be communicative, smart, engaged, hardworking, and so easy to work with. He was my right hand on that large project and worked many long hours to help us get to the finish line many, many, many times. I could not have done it without him. He followed detailed instructions to the letter and always hit his deadlines. Later on, Alex moved to helping on another team, but I would always hear from project managers about how great he was - being proactive and scheduling work.
