      I enter the company for the position of Team Lead/Technical lead for the backend division at Kuende. My responsibili‐ ties included managing the team, being in charge of the architecture of our microservices as well working part time on the DevOps/SRE team. As a SCRUM master, I managed the agile process by leading the daily meetings and planning meetings. I coordinat‐ ed with our Mobile and Web departments for designing any new api, setting priorities and approximating deadlines. I mainly work on designing and implementing new microservices written in Scala using technologies such as Play, Akka, Grpc and using datastores such as Mysql, Postgress, Cassandra, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch and Memcached. I also worked on maintaing some legacy microservices written in Ruby using either Ruby on Rails or Grape API. I was also part of the SRE/DevOps teams were I managed our staging and production environment which was run‐ ning on Kubernetes on Google Cloud. I also wrote some tools/microservices in Go.

      I joined the Persisten Disk SRE Team which was responsible of maintaining all the HDD and SSD from the VMs in Google Cloud, after a few months I was already part of the oncall rotation managing the production environment. My responsibilities included, managing production outages, investigating and repairing perfomance degradations, helping the development team with reliability concerns of their software arhitecture when designing new features. I also worked with development team by designing and implementing SLOs for new products/features and writing tools to automate manual production operations. During this time I mostly worked in C++ and Go and Python I also held multiple talks presenting our teams architecture and possible failure scenario, to multiple teams inside Google who were dependent on our product, such as Cloud SQL.
