As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer @ Mambu some of my responsibilities were: - Sourcing candidates for IT roles in EMEA through a wide variety of channels (LinkedIn, StagiiPeBune, ATS, etc); - Screening candidates resumes and job applications; - Schedule and conduct online interviews with candidates; - Provide interview feedback when needed; - Partnering with recruiters in order to fully understand each job requirement and context to help me improve the sourcing strategy for said role; - Working closely with recruiters to create pipelines and constantly source for roles with high headcount; - Mantaining contact with the candidates and providing them with detailed informations about open positions and various requirements for their application; - Created and updated various reports.Biggest achievement while @ Mambu: - Managed the sourcing (and some of the interviewing) efforts for our 2022 internship and managed to hire 18 interns in 6 weeks with a 56% gender diversity.Areas of expertise: IT roles in EMEA (Java Developers, DevOps / SRE Engineers, Hiring Managers, Performance Optimization Engineers, Front-end Developers etc). I joined Mambu as a graduate hire with the objective to help them with the next year's internship. I slowly started working with various TA reports, updating them each week. A few weeks after joining Mambu my manager introduced me to the sourcing world and this is where my passion for everything sourcing related started to develop.
