Almost everything I learned about managing a team came from my time working at Pet Supplies Plus with Alexandria. She is a wonderful Team Lead and really knows how to build a team! During my time working with her I had a chance to witness and benefit from her leadership skills. She hired me as a team member, she helped me build upon my skills, and eventually I made my way to Team Lead as well. Anyone would be lucky to work with an amazing leader like Alexandria!

I had the pleasure of having Alexandria as my Store Team Leader for almost two years during my time at Pet Supplies Plus. As a manager, I could not ask for a better boss. Alexandria is always very kind and professional and makes sure that all of her employees are seen and heard. I always felt welcome and that my contributions and work were recognized and appreciated. She is flexible with schedules and truly works with her employees for the best outcome possible. Alexandria is always quick to help, and never judges mistakes.
