I coordinate CSR projects/ campaigns across all the lumanity businesses. This entails leading the wellbeing team to host various wellness campaigns and awareness days on topics including financial health, mental health, reducing workplace stigmas etc. In the year of 2022 I have been leading the carbon offsetting project across all of Lumanity's businesses to achieve the businesses goals of becoming carbon neutral and eventually net zero. This has included on boarding offsetting partners, data collection, reviewing data accuracy and finding solutions to areas where an improvement of accuracy is needed, assist in creating carbon reduction plans tailored to each of the business entities and streamlining and evolving the process in the years to follow.
