Robb Beane
Alexandria was a student teacher that I had the pleasure to supervise during her time at William Penn University. Ms. Eckenrod showed her professionalism daily though her organization and the relationships she built with both students and staff. From my very first observation, I witnessed a confident, engaged educator. Throughout all of my visits Alexandria was well prepared as an instructor. Her attention to both student and curriculum were focused yet open enough to not be scripted. Students within her tutelage showed interest in her lessons and when that attention strayed, Ms. Eckenrod was able to bring the focus back. Alexandria's classroom management is calm in nature but firm when necessary. Alexandria Eckenrod is ready to begin teaching with her own classroom. I see no issues with her beginning her teaching career. Ms. Eckenrod will be an asset to whatever grade level and building she joins. -- Robb Beane Education Division Liaison William Penn University
