  Alpinter and Nizam decided to become the first manufacturer of Core Relief Items with in the UAE. Key Responsibilties before Start Up: - Research of the Real Estate market to find a decent productio/industrial facility within the UAE. - Taking the lead in the sales agreement for the new facility in close contact with seller, RAK Free Trade Zone and lawyers. - After the sales agreement negotiating the terms with the RAK Free Trade Zone to obtain our Industrial License by writing a plan of action, business plan etc... Key responsibilities after start up - HR : in charge of hiring staff, obtaining their residence visa, monthly pay roll, benefits (holidays, medical insurances...) - Stock Managment and handling all customs accountancy - Financial Management of the Production Unit in RAK Free Trade Zone : cost calculation of production, overview of the accountancy in the ERP System, auditing of the books, budget and investment planning together with CEO. -Purchasing Management : handling all purchase orders towards suppliers and do the follow up of the logistics up to factory.   - Launching of the overseas office : I received the assignment to open an overseas office from Alpinter in the Middle East. I looked into the possibility to open the office in different Free Zones but we opted to go with the International Humanitarian City FZ due to close contacts with our clients in Dubai. I arranged all paperwork to obtain the commercial license (writing Memorandum and Articles of Association, Business Plan etc...). - General Management of the Middle East Office - Financial management: running all the finances for the Dubai Office, in close contact with local banks. Responsible for the yearly auditing of the books. - Production : preparing and follow up of the production schedules for certain products and this from our different production sites in Pakistan, China and India. - Logistics : negotiation of the logistics related to ME Office. Also keeping a close eye on our major warehouse in Dubai Logistics City, UAE. - After Sales : in close contact with customers to assure smooth delivery of the goods. - Purchasing and Sourcing : negotiating the PO's for certain products with our production units in Pakistan, India and China Show less

After every game we interview the players and render it into a nice video on Youtube. During the week we try to make one 'special' video following a player or a training with a preview towards the next games. Since the launch in august 2010 we have an average of 1500 views a video, which means that 1 in 5 supporters of STVV watches our videos every week. Show less

  Within the Marketing Department my main task was working for the organisation of Clean Week 2020, an eco-mobility event that was held for the first time at the race track. When my trainee period was over the General Manager offered me the opportunity to get a full time contract and I took that beautiful chance right away!
