Deployed as a subcontractor, I fly surveillance and monitoring missions against wildfires in northern remote areas of Québec province northern territories. Piloting alone, I also carry a specialist onboard who ultimately determines the fire's area, risk of spreading and risks to communities and industrial facilities around. If it seems required, this specialist triggers the initial attack team composed of water bombers and forest firefighters, and lead water bombers on their assigned targets depending on the fire's evolution.I also fly transport missions beside monitoring missions to fly personel and equipment to secondary bases closer to attacked blazes as required by the province's attack center.
