As a Client Success Manager I'm accountable for supporting my clients to achieve their long-term objectives of their Real-time Transportation visibility project, enabled through our Shippeo platform, in connection with their Supply Chain ecosystem (Purchasing; Customer Service; Warehousing; Reverse logistics) I'm in charge of a portfolio of clients (mainly for Retail, Building Materials, FMCG and 3/4 PL clients) for a total ~2m€ ARR.
