  Using the background as an entrepreneur, I became part of the Endeavor Mentors since 2014 where I had the opportunity to mentor several Endeavor-supported companies and startups. Among the most interesting projects I was part of the partnership of Endeavor with BRASKEN LABS in the Financial Planning mentoring for the 12 companies of Braskenlabs 2016. The results were so good in 2017 Endeavor in partnership with SEBRAE invited me to prepare an online course in the area of Financial Planning for New Entrepreneurs. In 60 days after the publication of the course, we had 889 enrollments with 620 evaluations as good or above, currently among the most accessed courses of Endeavor.

  Ocip non-profit, created in 2015 after signing the Sector Agreement with the Government to implement the Reverse Logistics of Lamps Containing Mercury. Reciclus is endorsed by CADE and brings together the 70 largest manufacturers and importers of Brazilian lamps. Committed to sustainability and social responsibility, with the objective of promoting and implementing the Reverse Logistics System at the National level. Alexandre presided over the entity's Board of Directors, from its inception until April 2018 when its mandate was concluded, worked together with the Executive Board in creating, structuring, organizing and strategic alignment of the entity. The aim of Reciclus is to involve society as a whole and to promote awareness of the correct disposal. In addition, in four years, the company will implement reverse logistics in 4,800 points in 80% of the largest Brazilian municipalities. In December 2017, the company had its own structure and served more than 400 collection points covering 100% of the Brazilian states. By December 2018 the goal is to reach 1,800 collection points.

  A Abilumi foi criada em 2015 para agregar os importadores brasileiros em torno de adoção de padrões internacionais para implantação do Selo Procel de eficiência energética para lâmpadas compactas. Presidente da associação desde sua fundação em 2005 até 2012 quando esta foi profissionaliza para dar maior independência à entidade. Em 2012 assumiu a Vice Presidência onde cuidou da Implantação da Logística Reversa de lâmpadas mercuriais com assinatura do Acordo Setorial e criação da Reciclus em 2015. Como Vice Presidente participou da criação do Comitê de Ética e Combate à Concorrência Desleal, criando parcerias entre as principais entidades deste segmento como Instituto Ético e Brasil Legal. Em 2018 deixou a entidade com um legado de grandes realizações principalmente no engajamento das empresas associadas em torno de padrões técnicos internacionais em favor do consumidor brasileiro, sustentabilidade e ética concorrencial. Graças à Abilumi o setor de iluminação foi pioneiro na implantação da Logística Reversa de Lâmpadas.
