Vehicle Dynamic Engineer - Jaguar Formula E Race Team - DIL operator: was in charge of running the DIL and the platform (Driver in the Loop for the Formula E simulator) and setting up the drivers in the simulation car. - DIL Sound System Improvement: o Programming and improving the application that runs the different sounds present when the car is running in real life. Make the sound system as realistic as in real life. It involved connecting and pulling the simulator car data and making the link with different car parameters to where the sound would be related to. o It involved upgrading and moving the project application to another version of Visual studio which involved a lot of debugging and research on the functioning of libraries that were sometimes too old to work on newer versions. - Study of state of the art regarding torque vectoring/ direct yaw moment - Transcript of the comments made by the team and other teams to understand the strategy made by each of the competitors. - I started developing a PTT application involving understanding HTML, CSS, and web sockets. Developing my knowledge in the world of finance via an accredited diploma delivered by the London Institute of Finance and Banking. Week 1- Sell-Side: I went over Equity Research and Analysis, IPOs, Investment Banking with a simulation, M&A, Broking simulation and Trading analysis and simulation. Week 2- Buy-Side: I went over Asset management, Hedge Fund and Live trading theory, analysis and simulation thanks to CQG. A psychology lecture was given in order to understand people's reaction facing to market's behavior. An Equity research fund of funds simulation has been covered as well. Week 3- I went over commodities trading strategies and simulation, private equity insight/industry and real estate. I had a really interesting sessions where I applied my knowledge in finance in order to program my own algorithm trading system by using python. We had some really difficult lectures about compliance and regulation (Mifid II and Volcker) and an advanced sell and Trading simulation. Our final day was a live trading competition (with 1 Million of virtual money) and I finished 2sd among 70. Show less

I was solving coding issues of an Artificial intelligence program called PAL; a medical program which helps children with disease such as diabetics problems. This application needs to be utilized on daily use in order to catch the patient's feelings. Children have sometimes some emotional breakdowns because of their sickness; they will interact with the robot(the initial AI) which learns patient behavior and knows to detect the patient's feelings. The hospital staff will then know when the patient is in a good mood or not. - Manipulating PAL app and running fake users that interact with the robot. - Going through error messages in the code which lead to the app crash. - Report and solve the issue by programming. Extremely enjoy the research universe. Really captivating and frustrating job. Show less
