Jag hade nöjet att bli intervjuad av Alexandra i en intervjuprocess för en av hennes klienter. Alexandra skötte intervjun och framförallt uppföljningen efteråt på ett mycket föredömligt vis. Hennes uppföljning med feedback och delgivning av hur processen fortlöpte är något fler rekryterare borde sätta större vikt i och uppmärksamma och här är hon i framkant. Jag kan varmt rekommendera hennes framtida klienter, att låta henne representera deras bolag i deras rekryteringsprocess.

Alexandra has a strategic capability and also the courage/endurance to implement the changes. She does this with a lot of energy and humor. What I also appriciated with Alex as my manager was that she gave me full mandate and encourage me to pursue tough decisions. However whenever needed she was always there to support me.
